Moving the release date for "A Week in September"

Grad School is kicking my tooshie and I foolishly thought that I could keep working on comics while making art all day. But I really can't keep up the pace I thought I could on this project. So rather than stick with my old deadline, rush things and possibly produce a less-than-stellar product, I'm thinking of pushing the date back to September.

I realize it might appear a little contrived to release a story about 9/11 in September and that is why I originally chose July. But when I look at how the rest of my real life plays out over the next several months, I'm looking at 9 hours of Graduate school until mid August. Then of course my teaching and all the related prep work starts up again as soon as the classes are over.

Right now all the drawing is done except for the last page. The coloring is about half finished. So I'm going to take the next several months to slowly finish it up and the new release date will be on September 1, 2007. If I'm feeling really nice I might put up some new previews up in July, but that's a very tentative promise.
